« on: April 16, 2014, 12:46:25 PM »
I was fine last night I actually had a good day yesterday but last night I was jolted awake in panic and I didn't sleep much after that so I'mvery tired and having anxiety and just feeling panic all around and of course when I get llike this I start thinking something is wrong with me the other day it was brain tumors today I'm worried something with my heart I don'tknow why I torcher myself like this no matter how much I tell myself II'm fine the anxiety tells me otherwise. Does anyone else have this problem? Could lack of slleep  make me feel like this?
