asthma, gad and smoking
« on: April 16, 2014, 08:23:24 AM »
My ha and amxiety has been bad for the past 3 years, but severe lately. I have allergy induced asthma and I smoke (dumb I know). I've cut down drastically but I know I just have to kick it. I know people with anxiety have shallow breathing/breathing problems....but so do asthmatics. I've been over using my inhalor because I don't know the difference. I have a Dr appt today with my gp to go over all of this. Just wondering if anyone is in my same boat. I want to quit smoking once and for all sooooo badly but the addiction is insane
