Compressed Nerve Spasms
« on: April 14, 2014, 09:44:12 AM »
So I'm continuing to show symptoms of a compressed L5/S1. I'm 16 though. My foot is cold and tingly today, the spasms aren't so bad. My glute tightness is awful and when I stretch it my lower back gets a stinging stretch.

Could the compressed nerve cause my outer foot spasms/twitches? I don't think I got an answer last time. The twitches happen right where my S1 runs. I have mild lower back pain. Mainly having the nerve symptoms.
