As the usual cycle for those with hypochondria goes: you go to the neuro, he tells you you're fine, you believe it for 3 or 4 days, you go back into the trenches of health anxiety. This is not going to end it. You have to treat your anxiety.

Otherwise, we end up finding something we haven't been tested yet for to worry about. And then once we get that ruled out, it's on to the next disease. Sometimes not even. Sometimes it doesn't help at all - we think the doctor was wrong or the test was wrong, etc. Treat the anxiety. It's the best thing you can do for yourself.
