pressure on diaphram, burping, and wierd heart stuff
« on: April 03, 2014, 03:28:01 AM »
i have been going thru a crazy amount of stress and anxiety lately. I get this crazy feeling like i have a brick in my stomach and then i start belching etc. I have had this before on  off thru the years and put it down to anxiety. I hate it when it effects my breathing. Sometimes it makes me feel like my heart is not beating right and i cant breath.  anyone else have these kinds of symptoms?

I've been having those symptoms last few months whenever I have any anxiety. I feel like there is a baseball wedged near my stomach/colon. I also randomly get these random spasms in my chest that seem to happen sometimes when I breath in through my nose it feels like my lungs are expanding or something.

Maybe anxiety. I remember my earliest symptoms after having my massive panic a few weeks ago was my heart constantly pounding and horrible stomach issues. I couldn't breathe at times, I'd burp every few minutes, I would get nausea after eating, I had no appetite, my bowel movements changed, I had pains and pressures all around my chest and abdomen.. I began worrying I had colon cancer.

My doctor prescribed me Zantac and my gas disappeared within a few days. It might be IBS brought on my stress.
