Like you I still have my one notch below normal range sodium and other levels on my mind a lot. My dr. was not freaked out like me. I asked a lot of questions about it.
I like all the numbers to be in a perfect middle all the time,but reality our bodies are always handling something inside and things fluctuate to deal with it.
Drs. learn to put it all in context, the whole lab work. We don't fully understand what this low means if nothing else is low.
And HA is so strong of 'why'. I think if drs. understood that of us, they would explain it better. Kind of like math problem that a child can't grasp until someone explains it in a better way.
Blood work is a base picture with variables of what our bodies are doing at that given moment. Think of how glucose changes if we fast or eat. Even anxiety raises blood sugar, I never knew that.
All that to say....I so understand how you feel. Been there a lot. Part of our brain says, ok I can rationalize this. Another part the HA part says 'why'.
