Try not to google. I won't google like before and if I do lately it's menopause related. I do have other health concerns and today I had a ct scan but I'm trying to not worry. First I was freaking out about taking the test and now the waiting. In the meantime I feel what I feel and trying not to worry. I know it can be easy to google and want peace of mind but most of the time that I've googled I get more anxious so I stopped. Try to meditate, picture yourself in a relaxing environment or your favorite vacation spot. I've been working on getting better at relaxing and not allowing negative thoughts to take over. I have also felt the physical symptoms you're feeling but if you're really concerned see your doctor and get reassurance. Take care and meditate or breathing exercises, that has helped me.
