okay, TMI - something just happened

So before i went to bed last night i had been drinking a lot of fluid that evening - 3 coffes, soda, lots of water - anyways at 4 am i had a dream that i was peeing - and i woke up doing it - which hasnt happened since i was a kid.

anyways im worries currently about ms. but wouldnt real incontinency be different that what i described? i dont have any problems during the day or anything

No worries at all.  It happens.  I've done that more than once.  You get in a deep sleep and your bladder is full and then you're dreaming....

Really nothing to worry about.  When you drink that much before bed and then you're in that deep a sleep, your body knows you have to pee but doesn't wake up.  You dream you're peeing because you have to go so bad, and when you're sleeping dreams feel so real.  Kinda like when you dream you're swimming and actually do it in your sleep.  Same concept.  Don't worry!

well i definitely will not be drinking that much before bed today..
If i actually had incontinence i assume it would be affecting me during the day as well, which it hasnt. right?

if you had incontinence you would be peeing all the time. It was because you had to pee real bad and was dreaming and you pee. I wish that is all I had to worry about.

If you truly had incontinence, it would affect you when you conscious, not only when you're unconscious in a deep sleep.  Trust me, you're totally fine.
