is this allergies or sinus infection?
« on: March 31, 2014, 12:37:59 AM »
So i went to a dr for eye pain, nausea, dizziness, ear pain and he said it was allergies. Then i went to a different dr and when he checked my nose he said its sinus infection. My symptoms fall into both allergies and sinus infection. These are my symptoms and these are what i found

-eye pain (sinusitis)
-sneezing (allergies)
-itchy watery eyes (allergies)
-sinus pressure (sinusitis)
-clear nasal discharge (allergies)
-coughing (allergies)
-headache (sinusitis)
-upper pain tooth (sinusitis)

So im confused on what it is and nothing that ive tried is really working

I have some similar symptoms, and some I'm not used to. This includes headaches, pressure in the back of my head, sneezing, swollen lymph nodes, swollen tongue, ear pain and jaw pain. My GP told me it was 'just stress' and he wasn't concerned. Your symptoms sound a lot like my seasonal allergies. I get eye pain from sinus pressure from the inflammation my allergies cause.
