If I had Schizophrenia onset could I tell?
« on: March 30, 2014, 01:34:33 PM »
I'm worrying out my mind right now and I don't know what to do.  I've taken online tests and some say no chance or moderate chance.  Would I even know if I was Schizophrenic or if I did know would I even care?

If you are obsessed with it, you are not. You need to talk about the extremity of your fears with a professional and get the help you need.

Well said steph. You are spinning your wheels relentlessly by obsessing and posting all these threads about severe mental illness. I realize docs cant exactly detect schizophrenia etc via blood tests, but therapists and psychiatrists are TRAINED to diagnose these major problems. It seems you are always honest with your mental health professionals about everything which certainly helps them in treating you...for anxiety that is (not bipolar and schizophrenia).
