This is from a website about BFS (benign fasciculation syndrome).

That's something I personally don't worry about, but I know a lot on here do and that is an EXCELLENT post!  People who worry about that should do what I do - copy and paste that sentence to a document, then when the worry creeps in, open it and read it.  (I save things that reassure me - I notice that if I don't, I will forget what it said and start doubting what I read, but I have a document in Word that I saved as "Fear" and it really helps!
