Forcing self to breathe
« on: March 24, 2014, 08:16:52 AM »
So I've always had anxiety. Currently I'm living with the fear of passing out. Out of nowhere last weekend , I obsess over my breathing and feel like I have to force myself to breathe. It's horrible. Can anyone relate?

Yeah.... its common with anxiety.  If you take several shallow breaths you'll actually hyperventilate.  Which makes you feel like your passing out/ not getting enough oxygen.  So you take several more breaths and the process repeats itself.
