How To Deal With The Nausea

Hey guys. Well spring break is over and it's back to school tomorrow and I woke up feeling so horrible. I thought I was sick, but then I realized of course it's just the anxiety. I don't wanna be feeling nauseous all the time or anxious for that matter. How do you guys deal with the nausea? Thanks.

Hi redcoat,

I find that warm peppermint tea helps with Nausea.  Chamomile tea helps with anxiety, so either of those may help you out some!  Have a cup before you go to school in the morning, and maybe have a cup of chamomile tea before bedtime to maybe help you get a better night's sleep.

Drinking sprite and eating saltine crackers helps my nausea when I have a virus. It'd probably work for anxiety too.
