clonazepam and Adderall
« on: March 23, 2014, 09:40:16 AM »
Does anyone taken clonazepam to keep anxiety from Adderall at bay?  Adderall gives me lots of benefits, but inreases my anxiety.  I have been w/o Adderall or Vyvanse for a month and my whole demeanor has changed, not to mention all I want todo is sleep.  I have a pdoc appt coming up on 4/11 for a second opinion.  My meds seem so messed up.

I just want  a happy balance.  On add meds. I'm more outgoing, happier,I get things done and enjoy doing them.i can focus on the task at hand.  However, there is always slight anxiety looming around

Anyone take both meds together to balance each other?

Sure, it will work, probably quite well. The problem with benzodiazepines is that doctors are becoming increasing wary of prescribing them and you could have difficulty getting a prescription in the future.

NOTE: I'm not a doctor, and particularly not yours, so there may be factors I'm unaware of. Therefore all advice is of a general nature and you should consult your doctor before following any of it, especially before changing med doses.
