I think with anxiety, after a while, it can become your norm. In other words you have just got used to living your life with anxiety. If that anxiety was taken away, you would think something must be wrong. Because that is not how you are used to feeling. Anxiety has become a part of you. But we can learn to live with anxiety. Live a good life too. Once we learn a few tricks of dealing with the anxiety and accepting we can have good times as well as bad times. If you ever feel good don't question where your anxiety has gone to. Just enjoy the moment. Lots of people look for their anxiety if they ever feel good. By doing so they are inviting it back straight away. Bit like saying ' we are not allowed to have any good days at all '. Just try and remain positive.
