Help? 👎 pls answer.
« on: March 22, 2014, 12:39:23 AM »
This is a very odd question but when I suck in my stomach the lower part where I have a small muffin top (or pooch) won't suck in all the way, most of it goes in but just on the corners near my hips it won't go all the way in.. I don't have any discomfort.
(I weight 93-95 lbs) Idk I bloat VERY easily but idk if that could be the reason.
I apologize if this doesn't make much sense.

Once you are not in any pain at all. I see no reason to worry. I can't exactly see many people doing what you are doing. So I don't think many people would know if they could actually do what you are asking. Bloating can be common with anxiety. There are over the counter things you can buy in a chemist which helps with the bloating. As long as there is no pain or discomfort to you it all sounds well. But if you are ever in doubt you can always visit a doctor.

Hi there, I get bloating all the time either because im due my lady time, IBS is flaring or im generally stressed. Like Cuch said if there is no pain over the counter meds could help with the bloating some of these are peppermint oil capsules, buscopan , peppermint tea, camomile tea etc. your best bet would be to go to your pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist about what over the coounter meds they have available for bloating, the no doubt will recommend peppermint oil capsules, buscopan or advice you on alternatives you an get from health food stores.

good Luck
