I experience some amount of anxiety every day, but I try to focus on the triggers for it, and I try not to think of it in terms of anxious day/non anxious day. Instead I look at how many incidents I have, the severity, how long it lasts, if anything helps, if it seems rational or irrational. That way I'm more accurately assessing myself and it doesn't seem as overwhelming because I'm able to see I'm not anxious ALL of the time.
It is self-defeating to see it as a lasting occurrence, just makes you more anxious. Take it a day at a time.
