What vitamins

What are some vitamins you guys take. I take a multi vitamin,fish oil,St. John's wort, and a stress reliver. Just curious to see what other ppl take.

Vitamins no specifically related to anxiety disorder
general vegan diet

2 packets of liposomal vitamin c( livonlabs )
Raw meal replacement , garden of life
4 grams pure vitamin c crystals

400 IU vitamin E
500 mg N acetyl cysteine
3000 iu vitamin D
10000 iu vitamin A
B complex
4 grams pure vitamin c crystals ( mix sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid)


400 iu vitamin e
500 mg nacetyl cysteine
3000 iu vitamin D
4 grams pure vitamin c crystals ( sodium ascorbate mixed with ascorbic acid)

4 grams pure vitamin c
hemp protein powder ( manitoba harvest, pure hemp protein)

1 packet liposomal C before

This has been my regime for almost  5 years. Most of my intake is based on my own research, read multiple books , video lectures of Thomas levy .Vitamin C specifically and spent many, many hours online researching.( Vitamin c intake based upon the recommendation and research of Pauling, Stone, Klenner, Levy , Hickey, Saul and Cathcart)

^ that's a lot in a day, does it help with overall feeling better, more energy, ect?
