my anxiety caused "globus" or strange symptoms at the very top of my throat like where my tongue ends and throat begins.
I have dry mouth too and a tightening sensation. I don't actually choke when i swallow, but I feel as if it takes forever for the liquid or food to go down (feels tight).
I had a lot to drink this past weekend at a wedding and was not focused on it and guess what....i forgot all about it.
I returned home and to work (stressful environment) and guess what....its back!
I'm trying to remind myself of that today and not to fixate on it. Easier said than done, I know.
