A step in the right direction ☺️
« on: March 11, 2014, 06:21:35 PM »
Hi guys ! I posted on here regarding my two year struggle with health anxiety and how I feel it's time to let it go ! Soo.. I purchased a book " how to over come Health anxiety " by Robb willson , I'm feeling better already and I know I should have seeked help earlier but I was to embarrassed !

I think this book has been mentioned on here before just thought I would bump it up for anyone needing some help like myself !

Hope your all doing good !

I wish I could move on! Did you ever deal with night sweats? That's my current disturbing issue :(

I wonder if it seriously could be anxiety...   women in menopause get these, which I currently am experiencing (menopause and night sweats) before the hot flash/sweat I get an overwhelming anxiety sweep over me - which is common for these things.   If I take a Xanax before bed I don't get any hot flashes OR night sweats.   Also my daughter, when she gets really anxious she'll say, "I keep getting hot flashes!!"  (she's only 26) So it COULD be anxiety.

Yes allytiel I had night sweats maybe about five in total over the year and it coincided with when my anxiety is at it's highest ! I honestly think your going to be ok , I know I can't talk as I convinced myself for two whole years I had lymphoma but I think with your testing your going to be just fine !

Hope your okay xx
