Freaking out
« on: March 11, 2014, 09:55:24 AM »
Today in class I noticed this green dot whenever I close my eyes. After a few seconds it fades away. It's always in the same spot on the left. I can sometimes see it when my eyes are open and I move them a certain way.

It's been 2 hours and it's still there. Now it looks lighter and sometimes pink or blue. What the heck is going on? I really don't need ANOTHER neurological symptom. I'm already convinced I have a brain tumor with all of my crazy symptoms. What could this be?

Anxiety!

It's all anxiety.  I will also these sensations before I get a sinus headache.

You've had a clear scan, relax!

In November without contrast, though!  :( This is just so strange. It's worse when I'm outside.

Has anyone had anything like this happen? Any idea what this is? I have seen dots before, but not ones that stay and are this big and in the same spot.

You've been to several Drs and had a clear scan.  What else would reassure you?  Part of our disorder is to not trust Drs and scans because our brains keep telling us there has to be something wrong.

I have had similar symptoms when I get a migraine.
