How am I suppose to convince a doctor who knows I have anxiety to tell her I can't feel my head? Should I reenact it call 911 and have them do a ct?

She said it's psychosomatic but I really can't feel my head!! I feel like I'm in one of those movies where the person tells the doctor this and they end up dying cause the doctor thinks it's psychosomatic.

now I'm all freaked out. She asked me if I blacked out and I said no. But now I keep having like mental blackouts, more like momentary blackouts.

Sounds to me that she put an idea in your head and now your mind is delivering the nightmare for you. Which seems to be a reoccurring theme. You need to stop catastrophizing over everything, which I appreciate is very, very difficult. Whenever your mind starts to ruminate over such things go and do something, anything to get your mind off it.

I calmed down but I can't help but worry about the stuff I experience. If I stare at something too long I forget to breath, idk if a lot of this is psychosomatic or not

I suspect all of it is.
