Pattern of Waking up In the Middle of the Night
« on: March 10, 2014, 06:50:23 AM »
So ever since my Health anxiety kicked in, I keep having pretty terrible dreams and waking up between 4:00 and 5:30. Anyone else struggle with this consistently? It's been 3 days straight now.

Yup, since my HA came roaring back I have terrible sleep patterns.  Weird dreams most nights and not being able to fall back asleep.  I imagine it has a lot to do with our tendency to start worrying from the very first second we wake up.  Makes for a lot of tired and miserable days.
