Completely normal.  Your nasal membranes are very irritated and the air is extra dry because it's winter.

I've had sinus issues since I was a kid and I have a headache nearly everyday.

i'm pretty sure everyone's nose is messed up from the winter the nation has been having, sinus tumors are rare btw you can hardly find any stats on them thats how rare they are

Thanks guys that's reassuring, I was starting to be "ok" with the headaches everyday but the bloody mucous coming out of my nose twice today really freaked me out!

Even if they missed an infection, you'll be OK.  I usually let mine go for a few weeks before seeking antibiotics because I prefer the natural route.  Are you using any kind of moisturizing nasal spray?  That can really help

I've been having sinus problems all winter, it feels like a sinus infection that just keeps coming back.  The blood is most likely from inside you nose and not your sinuses.Try sleeping with a cool mist humidifier it might help it definitely helps me.

It's your sinuses. I've been having the same thing for about 2 months now. Ear ache, headache, nausea, occasional a bit of blood when blowing my nose, etc. Two rounds of steroids and antibiotics and the inflammation is finally gone but I still get occasional nausea and feel sore in general.
