Does anyone else get really frequent headaches? And also I had some tingling in my left foot and some in my right hand.

I'll try it. My latest scary symptom is the tingling in an arm or leg. Can't stop doing all these strength tests to check myself! For you, does your fear go away after you've seen the Dr.?

I rarely will even GO to a doctor, I just keep worrying until the stuff resolves on its own.  If I DO go (I'll go if it's a SIMPLE check.  IE:  No invasive testing, no scans, no waiting for results)  like say a urine test or him just LOOKING at a mole or something.  Then yes, I walk out of there and never think about it again.  If the symptoms persist I just say, "Oh that's because ________" and I forget about it

Did stretching the throat work for the globus?  Granted it isn't going to fix it for the rest of the day or even for a few hours, but if it helps for a few minutes then you know it's just a spasm.

The globus comes and goes. Only had it bad one time and I didn't know I could stretch it then so I didn't really get a chance to try it. The rest of the times it's been minor and the goes away when I'm busy.

Still having these random twitch feelings in my legs every once in a while (once every hour or two) that almost feels like my leg kind of flexes. They're usually in the bottom if the hamstring area or at least that's what it feels like. Is this mental because I'm thinking about it? I don't feel anxious today, but am still noticing these twitches.

Anxiety can MAKE you tense up and that could cause it whether you are thinking about it or not.   Also putting some undue stress on a muscle will do it.  I had a twitch in my muscle for 3 weeks after using heavier weights than normal at the gym.   I get one INSIDE my left ear that only does it when I lay on my left side.   I mentioned it once to the doctor when I was there for a regular check up and she gave me some neck exercises to do that will stop it.  (forgot what it was that causes it)
