This has happened to me before. A few times when I was in bed and woke up... whenever I focused on something, everything around or above it would shake. It's also happened when I was standing up and bent down to look at a computer screen at the neurologist's office. Of course I told him, and he wasn't concerned.

I believe it's caused by eye strain, but the time it happened to me at the neurologist's office was definitely because of the tension in my neck. My neck was spazzing, causing it to shake my vision. You would be surprised what tension does to the body.

I havent had the headaches, besides a few slight head pains the last couple days on and off.. i just got 3 dizzy spells over the last 6 days and have been completely anxious over them. And my doctors that I talked to on the phone, even telling them the dizzy spells come out of no where and lasts 10-15 minutes, say its not a brain tumor. Maybe BPPV, or allergies, or anxiety, or just something with my inner ear, could be a bunch of things... Oh I am still convinced its a brain tumor.  One doctor said this to me.
.
"brain tumor related dizziness will get worse along with other symptoms like seizures, severe headaches etc.
Walking also will be affected from muscle weakness.
Most importantly these symptoms do not come and go with brain tumor--they are felt all the time and worsen over time.

So, this is not a brain tumor.

Best wishes"

Did it look as though you were seeing the shadow of a ceiling fan?  Like flickering black?
If so, it's a floater.  The doctor usually won't even tell you about stuff like that because it's so common - however the way floaters present themselves are VERY different indeed!   I have a HUGE one in my right peripheral vision and when it is bright (like now, my right side is facing the living room with the sun coming in) I have that flickering black, like a ceiling fan is running and casting a shadow on the wall. It's not your brain if that is the case, it's your eye.  (and the only thing one is told to do is see an eye doctor for a dilated exam to make sure things are fine, and you were just there)

Sunlover- no I don't get that.

Does anyone see floater patches when you squint your eyes while looking at a computer/phone screen or in the sunlight while driving? But it floats up and away.

I don't even have to squint my eyes, I have thousands of webs and strings and blobs and smudges all over my vision.  Drives me CRAZY while driving!  They are 10 times worse if I squint of course.
