This may sound kind of dumb. I have trouble breathing sometimes and it really freaks me out. Sometimes I will just be sitting doing nothing and it happens. Other times it happens after doing something physical and I will wheeze and cough. However, when I am having trouble breathing I begin to shake and stuff just like I do when I am having a panic attack. I have been avoiding anything to physical lately cuz I am scared I may have asthma and something bad might happen. I dont know if this is me just being paranoid or what. I have always had wheezing and stuff after running or doing something physical. I just don't know if it really maybe asthma or my mind just tricking me again.
