Stop stop stop!lol It's such a bad habit what you are doing my checking your pulse is actually subconsciously changing it. Trust me this landed me in a mental institution for 3 days just don't think about it. Take your bp if your worried in the morning and evening and if you have a decent reading and a high pulse it's cause your not drinking enough water.

I'm trying not to just a habit I've had forever rite now it feels weak and that's why I keep checking

If your pulse was actually weak, you would be feeling very short of breath, have trouble walking, etc.

No I don't have a bp cuff but I need one cuz every female in my family has high bp and colesterol

Worrying about pulses and blood pressure will elevate those things.   If you worry about them they DO go up.   If you worry about your glucose it doesn't go from 85 to 150...  if you worry about your cholesterol when getting a blood test it doesn't go from 200 to 290...  if you worry about you red blood cell count it doesn't go from 14 to 9 (lower is bad, so...)  But pulses and blood pressure?  The MORE you worry and obsess, the HIGHER they go.
