Laughing headache?
« on: February 28, 2014, 03:04:01 PM »
Does anyone else here get a headache/feeling of pressure in your head when you laugh? I've had this since last september and it's really annoying... I'm actually afraid to laugh. If I laugh too hard I'll have a pressure like headache for the rest of the day. My doctor says it's just tense neck muscles, in fact she said my neck was like steel! All this constant worrying makes me tense up, I guess...

I do get a headache but it's from lack of air to my brain for I forget to breathe and sometimes this lasts all day for me.

I get the same thing. If I laugh too much or too hard I get a headache. Not sure why but it's sad that even happy times makes me anxious too. I have fibro and I figured that has something to do with it but I always seem to think the worse. Hope you find a solution.
