help? (Girls only please)
« on: February 16, 2014, 12:41:29 PM »
I ended my period about a week ago I started having like a lot of clear watery discharge for the past few days with slight cramping and now I've been having headaches (not bad headaches) and slight pelvic pain too, it's worrying me cause I don't think I've had ovulation or pms after a period..
I can't be pregnant (not sexually active) but could it be ovulation or pms?  :fragend005:

That's perfect timing for ovulation to start to occur.  Some months are worse than others for me.  Sometimes I don't even notice ovulation but then others it's a bad month with lots of discharge and cramping.  If you have a smart phone, you can download a free period tracker and that will really help you get to know your cycles.

Sounds like ovulation or you could mention it to your OB and they could give you an U/S to see if you might have an ovarian cyst - not a big deal! Very common and most are benign, I have one.

Sounds like ovulation. I used to never notice ovulation, now it has become almost bad as my period. I get anxious, moody, crampy and bloated.
