Hope someone can help me, I am on beta blockers and trying really hard to stop worrying.

Yesterday I had no head aches and felt great which is amazing as I haven't had many days without some kind of head pain or sensation since august, this morning I have woken up feeling tired and a bit grumpy, which then gets me thinking. So I am in that state of thinking constantly of head pain or anticipating head pain sensations etc, I was watching tv, felt  some pressure in back of head - central between neck and top of head, pressure gets a bit more, not sure if vision went odd in my left eye, then I get a rush feeling to my head and begin to feel odd and panicky!

What do I do, is this anything to worry about or is it my anxiety???

So fed up with it all, I just want a normal day.

If you have tension in your neck, back or shoulders, that would cause head pain. I would try
a massage or some pain relievers, whether holistic or regular and see if they work.
