Anxiety and Diabetes
« on: January 30, 2014, 10:53:21 PM »
I have been living with being type 1 diabetes since I was two. I usually am able to get a fairly good gauge on weather I am hyper or hypo glycemic, even without testing, but I make sure to test religiously. As of recent I have been getting headaches and irritability that are similar to being hyper. I also get tremors, and heart palpitations that feel as if I am hypo. This causes me to get horribly more anxious even after testing my blood glucose levels and them coming back normal.  All I can do is worry about me at one point just counting on it being anxiety and not testing, and slipping into a coma. Anyone have a similar fear or a condition that could relate?
