That odd moment when u go from good to bad....ughhh!
« on: January 29, 2014, 11:02:22 PM »
So I had a great day today. Had some stressor issues today and anger spurts towards someone,  however I was doing really good. So I'm sitting here watching TV and start feeling a little weird. Tired, weird sensations in my head, my body feels like it wants to just  give out, blurry vision, achy body pains, coldness etc. All this happened from me hearing a fire truck pull up to a house 3 doors down and then an ambulance. The flashing lights and seeing them bring someone out on a stretcher freaked me out!!!! Literally went fromjjjust through me into anxiety/panic mode. So needless to say I been feeling crappy after having had this happen. :-(

I am sure at times we see such things and it hits home that it could happen to anybody. Or if we know anybody in the past it happened too it might bring back memories. Thus making us anxious. At best we can only practice a bit of deep breathing and try and calm ourselves back down again. That is how quickly anxiety can come over us. All it takes is something to trigger it off.

Try taking a hot bath and listening g to cheerful music to Clear your mind. Since your day is already over maybe try to sleep to soothing music can help.
