That is exactly how I get with stress, too.
I can't seem to handle it very well
I am super sensitive to it, too.
I can't think, I can't focus, and I get to where I feel as if I'm going to literally just go crazy....
I can't handle when people yell at me, at all, or just get upset with me even.
I know exactly where you're coming from
I pray a lot and I try to sip on calming herbal teas, do relaxation techniques, read, listen to music, think of positive and happy things, etc.
Anything to distract my thoughts and emotions

I have a few friends over there
I've never met them but we talk to each other like once every 1-2 weeks.
My congregation sends money every few months to support a good number of preachers over there.
They are amazing people
