When I first started having anxiety symptoms, I went to the doctor and got fully checked out. I found it comforting to know that my symptoms were anxiety and not, say, a heart condition. This way I could focus on addressing the panic symptoms and not have to worry that maybe I really was sick after all.
If you haven't been to the doctor yet, I really recommend going. Get a clear bill of health, and then if you're still having lightheadedness and tingling in your fingers, THEN go to a therapist and work on finding ways to address your anxiety.
