I try to focus on something else- anything else- listen to music, try to read, look at funny cat videos online, etc. Most importantly breath! Focus on your breathing and try to get it under control, I know its hard but its worth it to try. My doctor also said tea is really great. Mostly just dont let the anxiety control you, try to control it (cliche, I know). Also this may sound weird but when I get hungry I have anxiety like symptoms (shaking, weakness, light-headedness), so maybe give that a try? You can do it!
