My number one symptom (read: only symptom) is a constant feeling of being lightheaded. I sometimes have panic attacks but the lightheaded is generally here all the time since Christmas. And sometimes it feels like it is ALL THE TIME. Sometimes, when I distract myself, it goes away and then I think "Hey! I'm not lightheaded!" and it comes back. Is this a true anxiety symptom? I'm going to a therapist tomorrow but I wanted to get some input from others on this site. Thanks so much!
