Anxiety Causes Spacyness
« on: January 14, 2014, 06:20:22 PM »
I started having anxiety attacks several months ago and one of the most difficult symptoms to deal with is the headaches and episodes of spaciness I get from my anxiety. It's gotten better over time but I sometimes feel like I'm not all there.
I feel like my IQ has dropped 20 points since I started getting anxiety attacks.

anxiety and panic are exhausting. They're as exhausting as any intense physical activity. During bad spells, i would lose like ten pounds of weight a week. As the anxiety reduces, the foggy feeling goes away.
