Firstly, do you have an alternative way of coping with a possible return of anxiety? If not, this is something you should address before quitting as these are mostly chronic conditions which often return. You should also discuss this with your doctor or psychiatrist.

As for the taper, you could try dropping the dose to 10mg for 10-14 days and then stopping. If this triggers severe symptoms do it in 5mg steps.
