Hi everyone ... I have panic disorder and agoraphobia, and my panic attacks don't have many physical symptoms, but it does come with derealziation, which is probably the worst thing about this.
I had a panic attack yesterday, or well, what felt like one. It wasn't as long as they usually were, and I feel like I avoided it, or got better with coping, but today I can't stop worrying over it.
So does anyone have any tips on how to recover after a panic attack? I keep trying to reason with myself, use logic, and just reassure myself, but I'm still afraid.
