If you have an infection of some kind (even common cold), lymph nodes grow in size. And hurt. With lymphoma, they do not hurt. Also, don't be surprised if they stay that way for a week or two. I once had an inflamed salivary gland located just below the jaw but it's longer than lymph nodes so I don't know how the doctor missed it. Anyway, my doctor checked it out and said I should return if it persists for 2 weeks. Because that's when they become problematic. But you feel pain, that's nothing. Later I have seen an otorinolaringologist who suggested an ultrasound and it turned out to be a salivary gland. A year and a half later, I can still feel it ther but I don't care anymore.

Maybe I'm just overreacting, Everytime I go to my doctor there's nothing wrong with my neck or lymph nodes. I feel like I have a little cold and I have allergies everyday.

What do you think is going to happen when you poke around at your neck? If anything, your "exploration" is making things worse.

Don't go to the doctor. Just stop poking at yourself. As I'm sure you've experienced already, constantly monitoring yourself only leads to greater and greater anxiety. Stop touching your neck. Stop. The longer you go not touching it, the less you'll think about it.

I couldn't stop because it feels sore. I have a cold. And I'm scared of salivary tumor, but I'm sure it's just my cold and swollen lymph nodes right?

Why are you scared of a salivary tumor?

You have a very common, normal, non-cancerous explanation for a sore neck—your cold. AND you say yourself that nothing is ever wrong when you go to the doctor and that you're probably overreacting—you're right!
