How can you tell the difference??!

Between real illness and anxiety? Today all day I have gone from freezing cold to feeling so hot I'm sweating. I feel like it's hard to breathe sometimes and I'm fidgety yet exhausted ..... All at the same time. How does everyone else know the difference between getting sick or having anxiety attacks? I'm stumped. A part of my is saying something is wrong other part of me is saying maybe it's anxiety. I honestly can't tell at this point. Please help!  :traurig001:

I always use to say to wait a few days and ask me how I was feeling. Anxiety will clear up quicker than a real illness. With most of us anxiety comes and goes. So if you feel good tomorrow you will know it is just your anxiety. Try find something to do. To take your mind off of yourself. With anxiety we tend to think inwardly. Making the fear / anxiety even worse. Any form of distraction. Then see how you feel. If there are no changes at all a visit to the doctor may be the order of the day.

I know what you mean , and it seems right when I start to believe it IS anxiety within minutes I think " wait a minute maybe it IS something more !"  I have noticed though as tired as I think I am or if I am thinking I'm to anxiouse to do something but do it anyway I Actualy can do it and not feel as terriable as I think , if you were REALLY sick we would feel worse when pushing ourselves ! Feel better and the more you take your thoughts off yourself the better you will feel !

I hear you loveya14. My biggest worry these days is what if one day I blow off something as anxiety and it turns out I have glaucoma and end up blind or I'm actually having a heart attack and did nothing but drink some tea?! I just can't figure out how to tell the difference between real and fake lol.
