Timing of symptoms?
« on: December 25, 2013, 10:40:45 AM »
Hi Everyone!
Do you ever experience anxiety symptoms but don't feel like you are under any stress or anxious at all? Anyone know why this happens?

Merry Christmas to all!

It can happen a lot. You can feel off big time. But you are not anxious. You appear calm as can be. Leaves you a little lost wondering how this can happen. Just all part of the anxiety world. Just look for something to do and try and take your mind off things.

Hi Lam...  This has happened to me just in the last week.  I am just completing my 5th week on Citalopram (Celexa).  I felt as if my feelings of anxiety were zero at one point, but was very aware of the fact that my body was still reflecting the symptoms of anxiety.  My body was very tense, and even my posture and the way I was guarding my body indicated it was in the grips of anxiety.  I can only guess that the reason for this is that anxiety exists not just in our conscious mind, but our subconscious as well.  My body's current default setting is not that of being calm, but being anxious.  By-the-way, I'm still having problems with feeling lightheaded.  Had it this morning as soon as I woke-up.  The best to you, Lam!...  Chuck
