Hi, just checking in! I've been having a lot of anxiety and digestion problems the last few months.

A new annoying sensation is this weird sort of feeling down my arms, in my chest and shoulders, and sometimes up my neck even into my face. They really hurt! It feels like getting pricked with a needle, stung by a bee, or like sharp bones or glass are inside me. It feels a little better when I put on icy-hot or some other kind of cream.

I was wondering if this is an anxiety symptom. I worry about things like diabetic nerve pain, but I hear that starts in the legs the vast majority of the time, and my legs are fine.

Thanks!

Hi tread,

Many anxiety sufferers experience weird bodily sensations from time to time. It could be just your anxiety acting up your nerves.

Do you have any other symptoms? Have you gone to the doctors about this? :)
