Thanks Kindra.....you'll notice your body doing a few weird things as you quit, but soon, very soon, you'll begin to feel the positives!! One of those is actually realizing that your food has a great taste! If you enjoyed food before, you'll notice a wonderful difference in how good it really tastes when you don't smoke! Make sure as you are quitting that you get plenty of exercise....try walking! It's a great distraction and is good on the lungs. Don't forget too, that for each time you WOULD have bought cigs, put that money in a jar and within a certain time frame, (a week, two weeks, whatever timeframe you decide) take that money and treat yourself to something!!! This is now 'free' money that you would have normally wasted on cigs, so go spend it on something to reward yourself!!
