just so many thoughts and feelings everyday

Everyday I feel different, everyday I have lots and lots of thoughts, most that are not even important but my anxiety seems to make a mountain out of a mole hill on tons of thoughts. And then I different feelings!!! Sometimes I think I got a grip on this, or I can just excuse them as thoughts, other days I feel defeated. I just keep wondering when things are no longer going to be a struggle for me. Its been a month on the paxil 20mg!!! Can't see a therapist till January!!! I seem to tense up towards the thoughts and start getting aggravated by everything. Anxiety leaves me feeling like i'm in some kind of puzzle for the past two months and sometimes I have clarity other times I don't. I just don't understand it. Can someone recommend anything while i'm waiting to talk to a therapist?

Consider looking into meditation. That can be helpful. Look online or for podcasts for your phone for guided meditations if you aren't familiar with the practice. Try to get adequate sleep at night as fatigue certainly can worsen your symptoms. Consider getting in some exercise if you don't already....swimming, a brisk walk, that often can be a very effective anti anxiety measure. Good luck
