Hello,
I get this allot - apparently it's "normal" in the world of anxiety
I can sit in a room full of ppl and not catch a single conversation then after a few minutes I force myself to participate in "life" and make myself of the conversation. Often times it seem like I am always forcing myself to be in the moment and not allowing everything look like a movie, this happens when anxiety is high.. when I'm "normal" it comes naturally.
From my experience with anxiety, when it's high all I wanna do is stay home and not think or go to work... I can take a day off but eventually have to go work. Once I am there it usually is the best distraction for me and my therapist tells me that I can't avoid thinking forever  ::)

Hey don't know if this is the same sort of thing but when I go to sleep I oten jump up with a pressure like feeliing in my head. This can happen like 3 - 6 time before I actually get a full nights sleep. It feels like I'm a having a seizure of some sort and I jump up dead quick and panic then realise its just another one and lie back down.
