Skipped heartbeat colder months

I have skipped heartbeats/pvcs/pacs and it comes and goes. Been to the dr n EKG holter done. I realized is more obvious during winter or perhaps coincidence .. Anyone with similar experience ?

I used to have these regularly.  Mine were called 'extra systoles'.  One side of the heart would beat a teeny bit faster than the other then skip a beat to reset the rhythm.  Doctor had me cut down on coffee and tea and told me it was totally benign.  Once I knew what they were, I barely felt them.
