depression and migraines
« on: June 02, 2013, 02:31:30 PM »

Is anyone coping with depression and migraine headaches? I have been dealing with these for years, and i am at the end of my rope. Tried all kinds of meds and even Botox for the headaches, with no relief. Currently trying Zonegran ad Cambia.

I get them - hormonal related and they are the pits.  Or should I say were .... accupuncture has helped me tremendously.  I used to get headaches and/or migraines probably 5-6 times per month - sometimes more.  Now I might get a mild headache once per month.

I experienced migraines since I was a kid. They certainly are worst while I'm depressed / anxious / worried / stressed or with little or none sleep.

I manage them taking 600mg of ibuprofen when they seem to be developing. It works!  :winking0008:
