... that for the first day I am finally starting to feel better.

I've got a ways to go but I am overjoyed that I have a sign that I am improving.

I think the lexapro is starting to kick in, plus my breathing exercises, therapy, etc are helping.

This is good to hear. It is always great to hear of our members doing good. I hope it continues. Just always stay positive. I am sure you can keep on the right road. Begin doing things you may have stopped doing in the past. Good luck to you.
